Staines Law provide legal and regulatory advises to the Agri sector in Ireland.


Our clients include Agri Representative Groups, Agri businesses, Ag Tech, Farmers and land owners.

We advise on the impact of regulatory schemes on the Agri sector. We provide advices on Agri contracts and litigation disputes and mediation. We advise a range of farmers and owners on transfers, farm succession and other farm related business matters. Staines Law is one of the leading advisors for farmers and land owners on renewables to include wind, solar and AD.

We work with a range of legal consultants to provide the range and depth of services required by our clients.


The role


Staines Law is growing the team and are seeking to hire a Solicitor to join our growing practise providing legal and regulatory advise to the Agri Sector in Ireland. The role offers interesting and rewarding work in an innovative and progressive environment.

Hybrid working role available.


The successful candidate will have a diverse range of work including:-


Working on a range of litigation and regulatory issues to include advises on environmental regulations, contract disputes, mediations and personal injury.

Working and assisting on a range of renewable matters to include options and lease agreement and wayleaves.


The successful candidates will have the following skills and experience:


· An experienced Solicitor with 5+ years professional experience in the areas of litigation and a good working knowledge of property issues.

· Ability to foster trusted relationships with clients;

· Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail;

· Strong organisational and time management skills;

· Team player with strong communication skills;

· A good work ethic with a positive can do attitude and approach to work.

· A knowledge or interest in the Agri sector in Ireland would be helpful but not essential.
